In Turkey we do not have a grant system. There is no grant system and when you get some money from the municipality or the state it is totally non-systemic support. Sometimes when we apply for projects abroads the government - the Ministery of Foreign Affairs - they give us money but it is not on a regular basis. You cannot take it for granted that if you make a project abroads you get money, so [there] is nothing like that.
